AGHA DESIGN HOUSE, a specialized company in high-end interior finishing, is seeking a Site Architectural Engineer with solid experience in villa interior finishing, from initial construction stages to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all interior finishing works on site.

• Supervise elevator and central heating works.

• Follow up on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works (concealed & central systems).

• Execute and inspect marble works, wood cladding, suspended ceilings, and painting works.

• Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and shop drawings.

• Take accurate site measurements and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa interior finishing.

• Previous experience working on high-end residential units.

• Must own a private car (for work-related transportation only).

• Resident of Giza.

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
