What you’ll be doingGoHighLevel (GHL) management

• Manage our GHL account day-to-day (pipelines, calendars, contacts, tags, workflows, automations)
• Build and optimize funnels/forms/surveys (as needed)
• Set up and troubleshoot email + SMS automations (triggers, campaigns, sequences)
• Maintain sub-accounts (if applicable) and keep everything organized
• Handle integrations (Zapier/webhooks/Stripe/Calendars, etc.)
• Monitor performance: missed leads, automation errors, deliverability issues, and fix fast

A2P (10DLC) / SMS compliance management

• Set up and manage A2P 10DLC registration (brand + campaign) through the GHL/Twilio pathway
• Ensure campaigns match messaging use-cases (marketing vs. conversational vs. notifications)
• Write/adjust compliant sample messages, opt-in language, and STOP/HELP handling
• Audit our lead sources and make sure opt-in proof and disclaimers are correct
• Troubleshoot rejections, low throughput, carrier filtering, and deliverability drops
• Keep records of compliance items and coordinate updates if carriers/platforms change requirements

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing GoHighLevel accounts (workflows + troubleshooting)
• Real experience with A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance (not just “heard of it”)
• Strong attention to detail (small mistakes can cause message blocking)
• Clear communicator who can explain issues + fixes in simple terms
• Reliable and proactive (you spot problems before we do)
