About the Internship:
A recruitment intern supports the HR team by handling administrative tasks, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. Responsibilities include posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Key skills needed are high attention to detail, organization, communication, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Drafting and posting job ads on various platforms, social media, and internal databases.
- Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, often managing complex calendars.
- Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates, and answering questions.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in the HR databases.
Qualifications
- University student (2nd or 3rd year only)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
