Hey! We’re Founders Arm, a full-stack recruitment firm. We find and pair offshore talent with US-based clients. We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our team.
Requirements Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and ROIMonitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROASConduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels Analyze performance data and provide clear weekly reports with actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction, ad copy, and campaign strategy Stay up to date with the latest paid media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills Required2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads Strong background in performance marketing and paid acquisition Proven track record of running campaigns that drive leads, sales, or measurable growth Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of results Preferred Experience working with US-based clients Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad assets Background in lead generation campaigns or digital marketing agencies
