We provide online classes to students across the Middle East and offer face-to-face programs in Riyadh to cater to diverse learning preferences. Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for identifying and hiring top talent to support the organization's goals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle, developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure talent needs are met. The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a key partner in maintaining a strong organizational team and contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and best practices Experience in Hiring, including sourcing and assessing candidates Proven ability in building and managing Employer Branding strategies Strong Interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Expertise in recruiting practices and trends Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet hiring targets Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
