Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for identifying and hiring top talent to support the organization's goals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle, developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure talent needs are met. The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as a key partner in maintaining a strong organizational team and contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
