Role Description
The Property Advisor will engage with clients to provide expert real estate consultancy and assist in property management and investment opportunities. This full-time position is based on-site at the New Cairo office. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored property recommendations, building strong relationships, and guiding clients through decision-making processes to ensure successful investments.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships Knowledge and experience in Property Management and Investments Basic understanding of Finance principles related to real estate Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to client-focused environments Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
