Operations & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC units, chillers, pumps, plumbing networks, fire fighting systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors during maintenance activities.

Facility Management Support

• Ensure continuous operation of building mechanical services.
• Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns and emergency issues.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend operational improvements.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Civil, Safety, and other teams for integrated facility operations.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Report incidents and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
• Update technical drawings and records when system changes occur.
