About the role
At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, the Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting the daily operations of the Front Office and ensuring service standards reflect the brand s luxury positioning. This role is essential in leading the front desk team, optimizing guest satisfaction, and maintaining seamless coordination between departments to uphold the resort s reputation for excellence.
What you will do
- Support the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front Office departments, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver personalized, high-quality service aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
- Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations to optimize occupancy and guest flow
- Ensure all front office procedures, policies, and standards are consistently followed
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to maintain smooth operations
- Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of team members
- Analyze guest feedback and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and billing processes in line with company policies
- Act as Manager on Duty when required, ensuring the overall operation of the resort runs efficiently
What you bring
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Rooms Division leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, systems, and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to coaching, motivating, and developing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule based on operational needs
- Rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
