Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and train the team; conduct performance evaluations and foster a high-performance culture. Sales Operations: Oversee daily workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage reporting. Client Management: Drive business growth, support the team in complex negotiations, and oversee the full sales cycle. Networking: Represent the company at major trade shows and exhibitions to expand market presence.
Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate sales. Strong negotiation and high-level closing skills. Excellent communication and corporate presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
