Senior Sales Consultant About the Role RED MGT is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in 6th of October. We are looking for a proactive professional who understands the dynamics of the real estate market and excels at building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential property buyers to understand their investment needs. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and property viewings to final negotiations and closing. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up consistently to ensure high conversion rates. Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ideal Profile Education: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: Around 2 years of experience within the Real Estate industry. Background: Experience in a Brokerage environment is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset. Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for tracking performance and managing client data. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a professional demeanor. Location: Based in or able to commute to 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure.
