Main Objective:Increase sales and enhance customer experience by designing and executing attractive visual displays inside stores that reflect the brand identity. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement seasonal display plans (new collections, sales, events). Design store windows, tables, and mannequin styling. Manage the customer journey inside the store to increase basket size. Supervise and train branch visual merchandisers. Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with standards and resolve issues on the spot. Monitor inventory of display materials (accessories, lighting, signage). Coordinate with marketing, sales, and buying teams. Prepare and adhere to the visual merchandising budget. Qualifications:5–7 years of VM experience in clothing retail, including 3 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong leadership and communication skills (Arabic/English). Ability to work under pressure (especially during peak seasons). KPIs:Sales increase in developed display areas. Improved customer conversion rate. Adherence to budget and brand visual standards.
