Leasing Specialist – Commercial Mall (New Cairo / Suez Road)
We are hiring a Leasing Specialist to join a dynamic commercial project located on Suez Road – New Cairo corridor.
This is a field-driven role for someone who knows how to bring tenants, not wait for them.

Role Responsibilities:Drive leasing activities for retail, F&B, and administrative units Source and approach potential tenants independently (brands, SMEs, franchises) Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leasing opportunities Conduct site visits and present units in a commercial, business-focused way Negotiate terms and close leasing deals Coordinate with management to achieve occupancy targets

Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales / commercial leasing / mall leasing Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to work in target-driven environments Basic understanding of retail brands and leasing dynamics Ability to work on-ground and handle field visits Preferred: Experience in malls or commercial projects
