Job description

Job Purpose The Automotive Product Expert is responsible for delivering in-depth knowledge about vehicles to customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and guiding customers throughout their purchase journey.
Responsibilities: Provide detailed and accurate information about vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
Conduct professional product presentations and test drives.
Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical and product-related inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, competitors, and market trends.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Accurately update customer information, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Ensure all leads are properly managed, documented, and followed up in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, aftersales) to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Participate in product training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage.
Strong knowledge or passion for automotive products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Product knowledge and technical understanding.
