Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, develop and maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role includes managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, creating reports, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. This position also requires teamwork and close collaboration with other departments to align business objectives.
Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, including managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Skills in Sales Strategy, Negotiation, and Relationship Management. Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational abilities. Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with market analysis techniques. Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage. Experience in sales is highly desirable.
