Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Sales Agent role located in Qesm El Maadi, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves providing personalized insurance solutions to clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable life and takaful products. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes actively identifying new prospects and engaging clients with exceptional service and professionalism.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and understanding of life insurance and takaful products Strong abilities in Customer Service and nurturing client relationships Experience in Insurance Brokerage and in-depth knowledge of insurance processes Effective Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setup Familiarity with Islamic financial principles and takaful insurance is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
