Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, Implement, and maintain Backup & Storage and perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
2. Integration with other systems and applications interconnection.
3. Test and verification - to define integration and test plans and procedures.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve performance or hardware issues by implementing Backup & Storage monitoring and capacity planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.
• minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Systems Implementation and good level of technical troubleshooting.
• Strong Knowledge in storage and back Systems (IBM Preferred).
• Experience in Storage Virtualization and programming for Operating Systems Implementation and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action.
