Must-Have:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital product design (mobile/web apps, UX/UI, interaction design).
• Familiarity with at least one design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio of personal, academic, or side projects (even if just classwork or mockups).
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
   

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with prototyping tools or basic motion design.
• Exposure to usability testing, user interviews, or feedback analysis.
• Some understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams (even if only through group projects).
