Job Description

• preparing production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehousing, and Production teams to ensure material availability and avoid delays.
• Analyze material consumption and lead time to support Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Follow up on delayed jobs, identify root causes, and support resolution actions.
• Track and update delivery timelines, production targets, and capacity utilization.
• Work with design and product engineering teams to launch new lighting products into the production schedule.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning processes, reduce lead time, and improve delivery performance.
• Use ERP systems (SAP) to input, track, and analyze planning data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for Planning KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery, Production performance).
• Support senior planners in capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and scenario simulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production or planning role (internships or training acceptable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of lighting products or manufacturing processes is a plus.
