Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our healthcare operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing key operational metrics, forecasting needs, and supporting departmental performance monitoring aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data such as throughput, capacity utilization, and resource allocation to support decision-making.
- Build forecasting models for patient volume, staffing requirements, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with departments to design performance metrics and monitoring intervals.
- Prepare regular performance reports tailored to each department’s objectives.
- Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities in patient flow and service efficiency.
- Assist in process mapping and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Ensure accurate data representation through dashboards and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare, Statistics, Business, or related discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, performance management systems, or healthcare analytics.
- Proven skills in process mapping and operations analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
