Job description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Memorize all products and descriptions, understand dietary labels and be able to recommend to customers correct products based on accurate knowledge. A written exam will be given to test the applicant's ability to comprehend easily our products.
  • Corporate Client Acquisition - Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including hospitality groups, offices, retailers, and institutions, to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Account Management - Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to decision-makers, tailored to client requirements.
  • Arabic Communication & Market Insight - Communicate fluently in Arabic to build trust and rapport with local clients and leverage cultural insight to enhance business opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in coordination with management, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams - Collaborate closely with the operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Follow-ups & After-Sales Support - Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals while offering post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research & Reporting - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report regularly on sales performance.
  • Support in Events & Tasting - Represent the brand at corporate events, product tastings, and activations, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for potential clients.
  • CRM and Record Management - Keep accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales in the company’s CRM or reporting syste
