Job Description

• Good knowledge of MES concepts (production tracking, OEE, traceability, work orders)
• Experience with databases: SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience integrating MES with:
• ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle)
• PLC/SCADA systems
• Shop-floor machines
• Familiarity with scripting or programming:
• PowerShell, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Understanding of network protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs
• Reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: ( Computer Science - Information Technology - Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering - Automation ) or a related field.
• 2–5+ years in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, GE Proficy, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Apriso, etc.).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, batch, or continuous).
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication (ability to talk to both IT and production teams).
• Documentation and training capabilities.
• Project management or change management knowledge is a plus.
