Job Summary:

We are looking for driven and ambitious Arabic-speaking sales executives to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for converting leads into clients, promoting our trading products, and helping clients open and fund their trading accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms

• Promote the company’s trading services and platform (MT5)

• Convert leads into active, depositing clients

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with financial markets

• Achieve daily and monthly sales KPIs (FTDs, NDP, Volume)

• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Accurately log activity and follow-up in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker

• Good level of English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in sales, ideally in forex, crypto, or financial services

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure

• Experience with MT4/MT5 and CRM systems is a plus

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
