Job Description
*Supervise and lead the cost accounting team to ensure timely and accurate cost analysis and reporting.
*Develop and monitor standard costing systems and regularly review variances.
*Analyze production costs, overhead expenses, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports and analysis for management.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate cost data.
*Monitor inventory valuation, adjustments, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
*Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
*Ensure cost accounting procedures and policies are well-documented and followed.
*Assist in internal and external audits related to cost and inventory.

Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
*Strong understanding of manufacturing cost flows, inventory management, and ERP systems.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficient in Excel and cost analysis tools.
*Strong communication and leadership skills.
