Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Telesales Representative to generate and qualify leads through outbound calling. The role involves promoting real estate opportunities, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team with client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
• Introduce and promote real estate projects
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales agents
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Achieve set KPIs and daily targets

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or call center experience (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24) is an advantage
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
