Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Luxembourg

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience : 2 years exp (preferred)

Salary : €21.63 per hour

Company provided : 2yrs Visa + Food + Accommodation + Transport

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff performance
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and update records
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Train and schedule warehouse staff
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or team lead
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Forklift certification is a plus
• High school diploma; logistics or supply chain training is an advantage
