Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Engineer

  • Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic follow-up.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories by visiting industrial sites, contacting leads, and networking across sectors.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and live demonstrations to educate clients on the value and application of our engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored solutions that meet client-specific project requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company s products, including cathodic protection systems, protective coatings, and corrosion monitoring tools.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline by regularly contacting leads, setting appointments, and following up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our services and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports detailing progress, forecasted deals, and insights gained during client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and offering after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related technical field is highly advantageous.
  • Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and align with client needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing technical or solution-based sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrates creativity and initiative in sales strategies, proposal development, and client engagement.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, trade shows, and meetings across Egypt or the region.
  • Ownership of a private car is required for daily transportation and client visits.
