Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media and display advertising.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to achieve maximum return on investment, regularly monitoring and adjusting as needed.
- Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and target specific audience segments through data-driven approaches, ensuring campaigns reach the most relevant and valuable prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Performance, Development, Content, and other teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise creative, messaging, and audience targeting for better campaign performance.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, integrating relevant innovations into strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights into campaign effectiveness, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a track record of successful campaign management and ROI optimisation.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC and good knowledge of other digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Interview process
- Initial conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition Team
- 1st stage – 30-minute Teams meeting with the Hiring Manager
- Final stage – 1 hour interview in person, with some of the wider team
