Job Description

Purpose of the Role


To support financial and business planning, cost monitoring, KPI reporting, and strategic initiative tracking across business units. The Planning & Budgeting specialist plays a key role in enabling data-driven decisions by providing accurate financial insights, assisting in performance management processes, and supporting digital and strategic planning programs. The role also supports budget planning exercises and facilitates coordination across CLIENT assets and IDS teams.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree/ Higher Diploma in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in cost analysis, budgeting, KPI tracking, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, JIRA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to engage cross-functionally.
