Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns via Google AdsAnalyze campaign performance, draw insights, and plan next stepsRun and assess tests to improve qualitative metricsIdentify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaignsBuild and implement strategies for media buying and scalingCollaborate on ad creatives and landing page testingConduct market and competitor researchIt’s all about you
2+ years in a PPC or User Acquisition roleProven hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimizationComfortable working with $50K+ monthly budgetsStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-makingUpper-Intermediate English (B2+)Goal-oriented and proactiveBackground in product companies or cross-functional product teamsFamiliarity with the social networking or similar competitive nichesUnderstanding of Tier-1 markets and their specificsUnderstanding of digital marketing technologies, including web analytics (GTM/GA4), data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio/Power BI), social marketing, and website usabilityWhat we offer
