Job Description

As the BMS Engineering Head, you will lead and develop our Building Management Systems (BMS) engineering team, driving the design, execution, and integration of advanced smart building solutions. You will oversee project delivery, maintain quality standards, and ensure seamless coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

 Key Responsibilities

- Lead the BMS engineering team (design, programming, commissioning, and site teams)
- Develop and review system designs, schematics, and technical documentation
- Supervise BMS integration with HVAC, lighting, firefighting, access control, and energy management systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (BACnet, Modbus, etc.) and Schneider/Siemens platforms
- Provide technical leadership during project execution and resolve escalated issues
- Support the sales team with technical input for bids and proposals
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines for BMS projects
- Stay ahead of emerging smart building technologies and drive innovation

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- 10+ years experience in BMS engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of BMS platforms (Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, etc.)
- Strong expertise in BACnet, Modbus, and other building automation protocols
- Proven experience in team management and project leadership
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
- Certifications in BMS/ETS/KNX are highly preferred
