Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide specialized legal consultations to clients.
• Represent the firm or its clients before judicial and administrative authorities.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case precedents.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and case summaries.
• Monitor cases and ensure accurate and updated legal records.

Skills

Qualifications:

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from an accredited university.
• Active membership with the Jordanian Bar Association.
• 3–5 years of practical legal experience.
• Excellent command of legal English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong research, analytical, consultation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
