- Manage, design, develop, construct, and maintain construction projects from small to large-scale construction projects in a safe and timely manner.

- Conduct site investigations and data analysis (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)

- Conduct technical and feasibility studies and develop plans that meet technical specifications.

- Evaluate risks, materials, and potential costs.

- Provide advice and resolve any problems or shortcomings that arise.

- Supervise and direct on-site workers and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

- Manage the resulting structures and services.

- Monitor progress and compile reports on the project's status.

- Manage the budget and purchase equipment/materials.

- Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits, safety, etc., and submit technical files and other technical documents as required.

- Study the topography and geology of the construction site and soil testing results. Study the project's architectural requirements and plans. Determine the necessary foundation depths for the project and conduct a comprehensive structural analysis of its components.

- Prepare project designs, monitor the preparation and review of construction plans, and review bills of quantities and specifications.

- Supervise project implementation and ensure compliance with specifications.

- Develop work methods and procedures and keep abreast of technical developments. Preparing specialized documents and reports on engineering works and projects, their progress rate, presenting, clarifying, and storing them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
