Job Description

The Gold Refinery Plant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of a gold refinery facility in Tripoli, Libya. This position requires a deep understanding of gold processing, refining techniques, and plant management. The ideal candidate will ensure that the refinery operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry regulations. The manager will also be tasked with optimizing production processes, managing staff, and maintaining high-quality standards for the refined gold output.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the gold refinery to ensure efficient production.
2. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
3. Manage and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
4. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
