Job summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisitions, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach
  • Conduct in-person client meetings across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to pitch our services
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and potential business areas
  • Support contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and strong follow-through

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Sales, or Marketing (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of UAE business development or sales experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hindi is a plus
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Having your own car is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Willing to conduct regular outdoor meetings
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
