Job Description

• Monitor and control compliance in respect of the project’s contractual obligations. Reports in line with the project and Preparation and monitoring of Cost Management Plan including updates

• Preparation and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates.

• Provide Project updates in such form and with such details as requested by the Client

• Follow up on all contractual issues and monitor and provide their cost impact.

• Provides support to the Project Director to establish and maintain project control tools. ( This is by the project - not the client )

• Develops, implements, and maintains project control sheets and reports.

• Ensures regular and timely reporting of the project progress and timely highlighting any issues / Changes / shortfalls that would affect the approved Milestones.

• Update of the master schedules to ensure that the projects are completed within the agreed timeframe.

• Maintains project reports inline with client policy and procedures and contractual obligations.

• Reviews, evaluates, and submit changes as required.

• Provides detailed cash flow projections and forecasts.

• Supervises the planning teams to maintain and up-date Detailed Works planning and programmed.

• Create and lead the presentation of weekly progress meetings.

• Prepare programmer and other detailed information necessary for substantiating claims and provision with regards to planning and commercial.

• Other duties as directed.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline.

• Minimum of 13 years’ experience with planning, project controls and reporting

• 3-5 years in a similar role

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
