Job Description

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.
• Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to company.
• Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights.
• Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.
• Assist contracts section manager in preparation and assessment of EOT and cost claims.
• Prepare internal weekly reports necessary for follow up and monitoring.
• Prepare monthly reports in order to monitor, control and support in decision making.
