Job summary

To lead and manage all project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, on time, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in project controls, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project control tools: Primavera P6, Cost Control Systems (e.g., SAP, EcoSys).
• Experience in large-scale EPC/PMC projects, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Oversee baseline schedule development, progress updates, critical path analysis, and earned value reporting.
• Ensure proper schedule risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
