As a Business Performance & Strategic Portfolio Reporting Lead at Aventus, you will play a pivotal role in consolidating business performance data into a centralized reporting framework. This will ensure visibility into key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will establish a portfolio tracker to monitor, prioritize, and assess the impact of strategic initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and regulatory initiatives.

You will develop executive-level reports and dashboards using Power BI, optimize manual or missing data sources, and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals.

This is a full-time engagement for an initial period of four (4) months, with the option to extend based on business needs and performance.

• Develop a centralized reporting system for tracking business performance metrics and trends, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Create a strategic portfolio tracker to evaluate and prioritize strategic, regulatory, and operational initiatives.
• Optimize data collection processes, identifying gaps where data is missing or manual and developing solutions for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Data team to ensure accurate data flow, structure, and integration with reporting tools.
• Provide ongoing performance reporting with weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights into business trends and initiative impact.
• Support executive decision-making through high-quality, data-backed reports and dashboards.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, and performance reporting, as well as expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.

Above all, they must be able to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights that drive business performance improvements.
