Job Description

- Implements HSEE Site strategy - Prepares internal instructions for release - Consolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs - Prepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures - Organizes waste management and recycling - Checks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance - Conducts environmental and safety related trainings - Creates environmental emergency plan - Plans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system  - Reports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents - Plans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HSE roles within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Experience in delivering HSE training and awareness programs.
• Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to be on-site (on-premises) as required.
