Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or sales within the household/FMCG sector.
- Experience in managing retail activations and promotions across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel-wise trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales strategy.
- Plan, execute, and track trade promotions and BTL activities.
- Ensure effective use and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
