Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of building construction projects from foundation to final handover.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, architectural, and structural plans.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and approved standards.
• Coordinate between various disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical) to ensure project integration.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for management and highlight any issues or challenges during execution.
• Supervise work teams and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health requirements on-site.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in building construction.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, or similar).
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety
