Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns with laser precision
- Set up tracking (UTM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) to ensure every click, lead, and conversion is measured
- Build and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist
- Collaborate on landing page CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategy
- Launch and iterate on rapid growth experiments (viral loops, mini-campaigns, PLG tactics)
- Own performance marketing metrics and present actionable insights regularly
