Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement business intelligence strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
• Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
