Responsibilities

• Provides visible HSW leadership, offering expert guidance and assurance across projects.
• Drives compliance with HSW policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring consistent implementation.
• Leads ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 preparations and supports external audit readiness.
• Coordinates and supports HSW inspections and audits, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
• Contributes to the development and improvement of HSW standards and practices.
• Analyses audit results, KPIs, and reports, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Leads and supports incident investigations, ensuring alignment with business procedures.
• Promotes continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance HSW performance.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
• Supports net zero carbon goals, identifying and managing carbon impacts during project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• SMSTS and CSCS card.
• Degree qualification in relevant field.
