Responsibilities

• Lead all construction-related activities for transport infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and technical leads.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks; lead resolution of site issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide strategic input during design development, development of construction tender documentation and constructability reviews.
• Lead the change control process, including issuance of Engineers Instructions, assessment of Variation Orders, quantifications and the evaluation of unit rates for new work items.
• Lead the evaluation of claims and day works recording and process.
• Finalize the Contractor's monthly payment certificates.
• Prepare Final Account with all supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations
• Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes. Advice on contractual matters.
• Ensure completeness and validity of all contractual requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across construction teams.
