Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment inventories.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and coordinate corrective actions to restore normal operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and initiatives.
- Recommend and implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to optimize facility performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices in all facility operations.
