Job Description
Lead and manage all day-to-day production operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
Supervise and coach production teams (engineers, supervisors, technicians) to ensure performance excellence.
Oversee strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across production lines.
Collaborate with departments (Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Procurement) to ensure seamless workflow.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
Ensure timely execution of production schedules while maintaining world-class quality standards.

Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in metal processing, steel, or heavy industries, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Metallurgy.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of modern production methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
Highly organized, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
Fluency in English (spoken & written) is preferred.
