Job Description

The Goods Room Supervisor manager is responsible for overseeing the organization and management of inventory in a retail setting. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. The stockroom manager is also responsible for overseeing a team of stockroom associates and ensuring that all stockroom processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• The Goods Room Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of stockroom, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Ensure products are received, unpacked, and stored in a timely and efficient manner
• The Goods Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of stockroom associates. This involves providing training and guidance to ensure that all stockroom processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. The stockroom manager is also responsible for scheduling and delegating tasks to staff
• The Goods Room Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the stockroom is organized and clean at all times
