Job Description

Supervise all technicians and engineers in the maintenance department.

 Reduce reliance on external maintenance services

 Assign tasks and monitor execution according to work priorities and production schedules.

 Develop preventive maintenance (PM) plans for equipment and production lines. 

Manage corrective maintenance (CM) activities to minimize downtime 

Ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance tasks

 Conduct regular equipment condition checks to prevent unexpected breakdowns.

 Determine spare parts requirements and ensure availability

 Coordinate with the procurement department to secure supplies on time 

Monitor inventory usage and minimize waste 

Prepare regular reports on equipment condition, breakdowns, and team performance 

Analyze recurring faults and recommend corrective actions 

Provide senior management with reports on maintenance plan efficiency

 Suggest improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Job Requirements

• Mechanical Engineer with average 4 years of hands-on experience in construction chemicals manufacturing plants.
• Good command of English, and proficient in PC use, internet, and MS Office.
