Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Qesm El Maadi. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. The recruiter will also maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Administrative tasks such as preparing recruitment reports and maintaining candidate databases are also part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, such as sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and preparing recruitment reports
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Familiarity with using recruitment software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
